Dr. Wornock is the founder of the PrimeCare Clinic. He received his medical degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, then completed Family Practice residency at the Pine Bluff AHEC Family Practice residency program in 1998. His undergraduate work was at Harding University from 1988 to 1991. Dr. Wornock is a native of Little Rock but has lived in Searcy with his wife and two children since 1999. |
Farah Bradley has worked at PrimeCare Medical clinic since 2006. She received her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Arkansas Medical Sciences in 2004. Her undergraduate work was at Harding University from 1995-2000. Farah was raised in McCrory and now lives in Searcy near her nephews whom she adores. |
Amanda Diles is a Physician Assistant whose passion is wellness and preventive care. She graduated from Harding University with a BA in Science and Healthcare Management in 2005 and again with an MS in Physician Assistant Studies in 2007. She has been with PrimeCare since 2007 and directs our Wellness Program. |
Cassie Ganus has worked at PrimeCare Medical Clinic since 2010. She received her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies in 2009 from Harding University’s Physician Assistant Program. Her undergraduate work was also at Harding University from 2003-2007. Cassie was raised in Batesville but moved to Searcy in 2003 and now lives there with her husband. |
LeAnne Griffin, RD, MS, PA-C, lives with her husband, Gary, in Conway. She graduated from Harding University in 2003 with a degree in Dietetics. Upon graduation, she spent four years in Monroe, Louisiana, practicing dietetics at a dialysis clinic and then at a hospital. She then returned to Harding University and received her Master’s of Science in Physician Assistant in December, 2010. LeAnne is active at church and has participated in many medical mission trips. She also enjoys cooking, running, and traveling. |
Merritt Hambrick, MS, PA-C is a 2007 graduate of the University of Central Arkansas and received her physician assistant training at Harding University from 2008-2010. An Arkansas native, Merritt was born and raised in Fort Smith, Arkansas, and now resides in Conway, Arkansas, with her husband Adam. Merritt is an active member of the Arkansas Academy of Physician Assistants, as well as the American Academy of Physician Assistants. Merritt is a UCA Bears fan and is an active member of Fellowship Bible Church. |
Dr. Leslie Henry has worked at PrimeCare Medical Clinic since 2009. She received her medical degree from East Tennessee State University’s Department of Family Medicine in 1999. Her undergraduate work was at Harding University from 1994-1997. Dr. Henry is a native of Searcy and now lives with her husband in Little Rock. |
Patty Pierce, RN, APN – Family Nurse Practitioner, graduated from Nicholls State University in Thibadeaux, Louisiana, in 1983 with an associate degree in Nursing. She then attended UAMS and received her BSN in 1994 and her MScN in 1995. She worked as a surgical RN at the West Jeff General Hospital in Louisiana and as a labor and delivery nurse in Texas and at the White County Medical Center from 1985 to 1996. She also worked as a Nurse Practitioner at the Searcy Clinic for Women from 1996 to 2005 before joining PrimeCare in 2006. She and her husband Steve have been married 31 years and own and operate a family farm. They have three adult children and two beautiful granddaughters. She is an active member of Valley Baptist Church and serves on the Board of Directors for Friends for Life Crisis Pregnancy Center. She enjoys horseback riding, swimming, and is an avid reader. |
Nelda New, APN, received her nurse practitioner certificate from the University of Arkansas Medical Sciences in Little Rock, Bachelor and Master of Science in Nursing degrees from the University of Central Arkansas in Conway, and her PhD in Nursing from the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center in Denver. Her experience includes many years of nursing in hospitals and long-term care facilities in Heber Springs, Clinton, and Little Rock; NP and Public Health Nurse for the AR Department of Health in Clinton; NP and Director of Student Health Services at UCA; 10 years at Arkansas Children’s Hospital; and working as a NP in private practice with physicians. She is an Arkansas native, grew up in Little Rock, lived 20+ years in Quitman, and currently resides in Conway with her husband and son. In addition to working at PrimeCare, she is currently an Assistant Professor and Director of the Graduate Nursing Program at UCA and APN examiner for the AR Dept. of Health In-Home Services, Hospice division. |
DeeDee Baker, PA-C graduated from Harding University’s
Physician Assistant Program in 2010. She received her bachelor’s degree in
Sports Medicine from Pepperdine University in Malibu, California in 2007. After
becoming a PA, she worked for about a year and a half in orthopedics in both
surgical and clinic settings and continues to enjoy treating orthopedic
patients at PrimeCare. She is an active member of the American Academy of Physician
Assistants and the Arkansas Academy of Physician Assistants. She and her
husband are from Cincinnati, OH but have lived in Searcy since 2008. |
