PrimeCARE Conway - Oak St

PrimeCare at Conway is excellent. Having received a diagnosis from a different local clinic, and failing to see improvement in the condition, I visited PrimeCare. Using mobile check-in was easy, and I was only in the waiting room for less than five minutes before I was called back. Morgan was the on call person that day, and she was outstanding. She listened as I detailed what my previous diagnosis was, and after an exam, she had chest X-rays done and discovered that I had pneumonia setting in. After explaining the diagnosis, she ordered medications that would help alleviate the symptoms and get me back to where I need to be. She answered all questions and was genuinely hospitable and helpful. I will definitely be using PrimeCare for any future medical needs.”

“I just want to say I am so thankful and impressed at the level of care I have received at this facility. Dr. Wornock is phenomenal. He has validated me and listened to all my concerns whether they are rational or not, he is knowledgeable in so many areas and if he doesn’t know something he is humble enough to say and will find out. I had a question about a particular issue he was honest about not being really familiar with it and told me he would do his research, he called me back and went into great depth and detail about my question. He has always made time for me, I do not feel rushed. I feel heard. I love the faith filled atmosphere, it’s reassuring and calming. I think with the amount of stress our healthcare workers are under the staff here is great at instilling a sense of peace rather than fear. Education. He doesn’t just treat symptoms, he is looking for the cause. He directs you to take time to evaluate your mental health because the mind and body are connected and with someone who experiences things of that nature he is one to happily give resources. I cannot say enough how nice it is to not be rushed especially when there are still so many in crisis, everyone is given time to discuss their own situation. I will be praying for the staff and physicians here as well as all our healthcare workers during this daunting time. I would 10/10 recommend PrimeCare to anyone wanting quality, compassionate care.”
