Our partnership with Access Counseling & Assessments allows us to help patients to more easily access this important service! This clinic location is by appointment only. If you need a walk-in medical visit, our Oak St. clinic is open 7 days a week.

No. Although, if you are evaluated by a PrimeCARE Provider and referred to Access, you may be able to cover some of the visit cost by insurance.
We do not see walk-in visits at this time. Our Oak St. location is available 7 days a week for walk-in visits.
