Penny L. Garner (APRN) is a Sherwood, Arkansas native. She now lives in Austin and splits her time between our Searcy, North Little Rock, and Conway clinics. She loves quilting and the outdoors. Penny shares, “I am the first person in my family to graduate college. In elementary school, I knew I would become a nurse. Perseverance through college as a young adult and middle aged adult allowed completion of my goals.”
