“My visit was excellent. Scheduling an appointment was super easy and I didn't have to wait weeks away to be seen. This location does its best to practice social distancing. The wait in my car was not long at all. Everyone was kind, professional, and personal. I had the pleasure to be seen by Dr. Lee. She and the nurses were incredible. I didn't feel like I had to hurry up and state my business. I wasn't left feeling like a car at an Indy 500 pit stop. I have been to other providers (not PrimeCare) where the entire visit lasted for 30 minutes to include check in with the front desk, then the nurse, and then the Dr. visit. No lie! Dr. Lee was very thorough and showed a genuine interest in my Healthcare needs. She truly made me feel as if she cared and she was actually proactive regarding scheduling preventive appointments for me. This is the first time in years where I completely trust my medical provider and didn't find them mediocre. The nurses there are so kind and patient. I can't say enough about the staff here at the Sherwood location. For them to provide this level of care and service in the midst of a pandemic is admirable. I sincerely appreciated everyone here.”

“Cannot recommend this place enough - I was treated for a horrible ear infection a few weeks ago. They took my problems seriously and treated me promptly and with respect. I love how seamless everything was to check in from my car and go straight to the exam room when they were ready to see me. Big shoutout to Stephanie, the NP :)"

“Last week I took one of my kids in for a concern I was having. The pediatrician was not in, but we were seen by another provider named Penny. She assured me I was doing all of the right things for my baby and asked if she could help with anything else. Not like in the normal ‘I’m obligated to ask’ but I could tell she genuinely cared. I was able to talk to her about a few other concerns that I had for myself and another one of my children and she walked me through setting everything up. I had one of my follow up appointments yesterday and it was exactly the same. She wanted to hear what I had to say. She listened to my concerns. She was even there for me later on when I had some doubts and I called because I needed more information. You don’t get that level of customer service and care anymore.”

“I cut two of my fingers in a kitchen accident. They treated me with stitches and I am on the mend. I'd like to say the best thing of all is their Covid protocol. It is impressive. I felt safe and like they did everything they could do to keep me from exposure while I was in the clinic.”

My provider, Dr. Lee, is very professional and has great bedside manner while also being personable and funny. The nurses are all sweet and do a great job. Everything about my prescribed medications was explained to me in depth so I know how they work and what to expect. I would recommend this clinic to anyone."

“I have enjoyed being able to get same day appointments with Dr. Williams if needed for my boys. She is super friendly with the kids and it helps put them at ease. Every time I call, I also seem to get someone fairly quickly to help me with scheduling and they have all been very friendly. I’d definitely recommend coming here for an urgent care visit or with the pediatrician.”
